I worked at the ETC where I created high level policies and procedures from detailed procedures and wrote maintenance strategies for the new tolling system. I created a web-based time sheet system, which is still in use. I excelled at tasks which required problem solving.

Below is a basic list of activities I performed:

  1. Feasibility Studies: Cost estimations, scope of work, proposal writing for funding, specifications statement, meetings with mine management.
  2. Execution Management: Project scheduling, progress meetings with management and contractors, process control.
  3. Technical Writing: Maintenance strategies and policies and procedures, scope statements, project plans, meeting minutes, project proposals, user manuals, method and approval statements, practical completions, punch items, project close-outs.
  4. Project Planning: Project scheduling of people and procurement plan for an extremely large mining project.
  5. Programming: Php and MySQL.
